It's good utility, as well as yet another early game damage option. Teleport deals physical damage, so its damage actually scales up really well with your warfare points and any crit chance you might want to build. Two points in Aerothurge are a nice utility drop for this build as well. Polymorph goes a long way to helping out with necromancy via Skin Graft and Apotheosis, once you've got some Source to play with. Beyond that, there are a decent number of good summoner spells that synergize with necromancers, especially since early-game necromancy doesn't have as many direct attack spells than other magic schools. Any dedicated necromancer is going to want to max out their warfare stat as a priority. Like any physical damage, it scales with Warfare.
